This beautiful meditation is based on an old Tibetan method. The hum heals the heart centre of the body, calms the mind, balances the emotions & recharges your energy.
It is a technique to open us for trust & bring us to peace & serenity. The meditation is an invitation for everyone who cannot participate in rigorous movements and is open to explore.
