Each Friday morning we gather for chair yoga, which is essentially just yoga without sitting on the floor. No yoga mat required! Practice begins with breathwork and stretching, followed by standing and balance postures, and completing with stretching and meditation. This class is particularly welcoming no matter where you’re at physically. The goal is always to leave feeling better than when we arrived.
Like all Living Water offerings, this one is sliding scale $5-20, as you can. No one turned away, do what you can, we hold one another up!
