Monday Beginner Qi Gong with Jonah Marsh
This class meets every Monday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm and is open to anyone wishing to develop a Qigong practice. We'll explore this wonderful aspect of Chinese medicine as a path to increased vitality, health and longevity, as well as spiritual growth. Qigong is an ancient practice which combines graceful movements with abdominal breathing and mindfulness, allowing us to connect with Nature and balance the body's circadian rhythms. Benefits of Qigong include a strengthened immune system, greater balance and flexibility, and emotional balance; often after doing Qigong one will want to smile spontaneously! This class will focus on a set of Qigong called the Eight Brocades, one of the most widely practiced and beneficial forms of Qigong.
Jonah has been studying Chinese internal martial arts and Qigong with Shifu Glen Moore since 2011. He has a deep interest in Taoist philosophy and Chinese medicine and aspires to share these forms of healing with contemporary seekers of all backgrounds.
Like other mindfulness practices at Living Water, this one is offered on a sliding scale, $25-10, because everyone deserves access to wellness and peace. Please pay as you can to support this and other beautiful community practices at this space!

Practice begins with breathwork and stretching, followed by standing and balance postures, and completing with stretching and meditation. This class is welcoming to all! Thursday Yoga Basics with Shanna
The Yoga Basics Class is a gentle introduction to the world of yoga, perfect for both beginners and those looking to revisit the fundamental principles of this ancient practice. Rooted in the Hatha yoga tradition, this class focuses on the harmony between body and mind, offering a well-rounded experience for holistic well-being.
In this class, you'll delve into the foundational postures of Hatha yoga, which emphasize alignment, balance, and flexibility. Through guided instruction, you'll learn how to perform asanas (yoga poses) with precision, allowing you to gradually build strength and improve your posture.
Pranayama, the art of breath control, is an integral part of the Yoga Basics Class. You'll explore various breathing techniques that help calm the mind, increase lung capacity, and enhance overall vitality. Learning to harness the power of breath is a key component of yoga, promoting relaxation and stress relief.
Throughout the class, the experienced instructor will provide clear guidance on proper alignment, breath synchronization, and the philosophy behind each practice. Whether you're seeking physical fitness, mental clarity, or a sense of inner peace, the Yoga Basics Class will empower you with the foundational tools to embark on your yoga journey with confidence. Come as you are, and leave with a deeper connection to your body, breath, and spirit.
Offered on a sliding scale, $25-$10, because we all deserve access to wellness, wholeness and peace. Please pay as you can to support your practice, your guide, and your practice space!
Breathwork and Singing Bowls with Liz, Ari, and Annie
Join Ari and Liz for a Breathwork + Reiki experience followed by an integration sound bath with Annie. This will be a safe space to breathe through old stories, release emotional tension, and come back to one’s whole, radiant self.
This ancient eastern practice of Pranayama consists of a two-part breath. The practice of breathwork turns off the mind and turns the body on, opening us up to experiencing a wide variety of sensations. This experience helps us to move stagnant energy through the body, leaving us feeling energized and lighter.
Reiki energy medicine is an ancient Japanese healing modality (that has been traced back to many different spiritual leaders throughout time) refers to working with the universal, spiritually-guided life force energy that flows through all living beings, promoting healing and relaxation on the emotional, physical, and spiritual level by supporting and balancing the body’s own innate healing energies.
Sound healing utilizes specialized sonic frequencies to improve your wellbeing, as it provides a therapeutic space to promote a rebalance of your nervous system, emotional release, mental clarity, inner peace, and deep rest. As you are closest to spirit after breathing, sound healing acts as a supportive and necessary compliment to your integration for the Breathwork experience.
Offered on a sliding scale $25-10 because everyone deserves access to wellness, wholeness, and peace.

Yoga Nidra and Singing Bowls with Karla Helbert and Annie Peace
Join Karla Helbert and Annie Peace at Living Water Community Center for a Yoga Nidra healing journey and sound bath on Sunday evening at 6:30.
Be guided through deep relaxation in an inspired, reiki infused practice designed to help you tap into Universal healing energy and the support of Mother Earth as you connect with all of the elements and your own true nature of wholeness to help heal whatever may need healing in your body, mind, heart, and spirit.
Karla will lead you through a deeply healing Yoga Nidra while sending reiki to each person in the space. The whole practice will be immersed in the energy of Annie’s Tibetan and crystal bowls as their vibrations flow through all levels of your being.
Yoga Nidra means “Yogic Sleep” but the practice is meant to help us hover between a state of sleep and wakefulness—awareness in a fully relaxed state. During this state, we can more easily “let go,” surrender, to take place. In such a state, healing can take place where healing is needed.
This practice can help all people. including those who are experiencing trauma and grief, access a place where body/mind/spirit can feel more integrated supporting better sleep, rest, relaxation, overall functioning and healing where healing is needed.
Offered on a sliding scale $25-10 as you can, because everyone deserves access to wellness, wholeness, and peace.
