If I can laugh…I can play.
If I can play…I can be curious.
If I am more curious…I am less fearful…
If I am less fearful…I can live a fuller life.
An important part of Yoga includes breath control. What happens when we form breath control and breath release through laughter!!?!? In the simple act of laughing, we expel old, stale air and renew & replenish the body, mind, and spirit with fresh air. In turn, this aids & amplifies our inner connections. During our time we’ll play & improvise together, and laugh & be silly with sounds together! To ease us back into the e’ryday world, we’ll end with a Shavahahasana and light sound meditation. Bring water to self sustain and blankets/mats for Shavahahasana & sound meditation!!
Like many Living Water offerings, this one is offered on a sliding scale $5-20 as you can to support the teacher and our ongoing community programs. It is also offered via Eventbrite tickets if you want to be certain to reserve your spot! All are welcome! See you soon!
