Flow + Restore is a deeply therapeutic experience. In this class, you'll begin with a grounding/centering practice and flow into a sequence of accessible asanas that will help you cultivate mind-body intimacy. Then, you'll move into a series of restorative poses, where you'll hold for a time to allow your body to relax and release tension. Throughout the class, you'll also be guided through pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation to help you connect with your breath, calm your mind, and leave feeling restored and rejuvenated.
This class will run weekly, except no class on Tuesdays 7/25, 8/22, 9/19.
Like all Living Water classes, this one is sliding scale, $5-20, because everyone deserves access to wellness and peace. Please pay as you can to support community-based mindfulness practices like this one!
