Join Karla Helbert in the yoga room at Living Water Community Center for a Yoga Nidra healing journey on Tuesdays July 25th, August 22nd, and September 19th.
Yoga Nidra is not a movement practice! It's closer to a guided meditative practice. "Yoga Nidra" means “Yogic Sleep” but the practice is meant to help us hover between a state of sleep and wakefulness—awareness in a fully relaxed state. During this state, we can more easily “let go,” surrender, to take place. In such a state, healing can take place where healing is needed.
Be guided through deep relaxation in an inspired, reiki infused practice designed to help you tap into Universal healing energy and the support of Mother Earth as you connect with all of the elements and your own true nature of wholeness to help heal whatever may need healing in your body, mind, heart, and spirit.
This practice can help all people, including those who are experiencing trauma and grief, access a place where body/mind/spirit can feel more integrated supporting better sleep, rest, relaxation, overall functioning and healing where healing is needed.
Living Water events are sliding scale, suggested $5-20 as you can. No one turned away, please do what you can, we support one another!
