Laughter yoga/Dance/ & some good ole fun

Laughter yoga is a fun way to laugh and release stress from your life. It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques which in turn brings more oxygen to your body and brain making us feel more energetic and healthy. I will be adding some general dance to the program which also improves both physical and mental health. Dance improves balance and strength, boosts cognitive performance and helps boost your mood.
Offered on a sliding scale, $25-$10, because everyone deserves access to wellness, wholeness, and peace. Please pay as you are able, since this supports our guides and future events like this one!
