New Offering! Join us for an 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course starting September 20th!

Mindfulness is a a way of learning to relate directly to whatever is happening in your life rather than operating on “automatic pilot.” Through practice you can more fully experience moments of joy and connection, and find new ways to relate to illness, pain, or stress that is part of life as well.

This 8-week course is designed to introduce mindfulness meditation practice as a way of developing greater balance and ease moment to moment, and participating more fully in your life. Each week, participants engage in the process of exploring and practicing mindfulness in a group setting. The weekly class includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices, gentle mindful movement, group dialogue, and application of experiences to daily living. Daily home practice is also supported and encouraged.

We are excited to partner with the Innerwork Center to offer this 8-week MBSR course open to all! The cost of the class is offered on a sliding scale and access funds are available. To find out more about this class or to register, please visit the Innerwork Center registration page.
