Welcome to this family friendly donation based community experience with gentle yoga & somatics, followed by opening through voice, music, and heart opening mantra! Hemant is visiting from the Northeast Boston area and this form of Bhakti yoga and communal meditation through sound and voice will be an engaging and special experience.
This event will be held in the upstairs workshop space. From the parking lot, follow the sidewalk to the right past the pine grove, turn left round the building, and immediately walk up the stairs and through the double doors.
Hemant combines Bhakti and Gyana yoga paths. During this session he will take us through chants based on seven different ragas, each aligned with a chakra, the energy centers. Each mantra is examined for pronunciation and meaning prior to engaging in chanting (Ohm, Ram, Hare Krishna and more). Finally all participants will be invited to express themselves through both movement and voice!
