New Moon Breathwork & Sound Bowls

This New Moon in the Cancer Zodiac is a good time to commit to personal goals, home life, and learning to let go and live. This group class is an opportunity for you to heal and grow. The collective energy of the group amplifies the healing in the container. Everyone is welcome, no experience is required. Katie Lemmert will guide you on an active pranayama breathwork meditation that encourages emotional release, reduced stress, and calmer states of mind. There will be an extended relaxation at the end and Katie will play her Himalayan sound bowls from Nepal. Katie will demonstrate how to do this specific breath practice, guide you through it, and give time for questions about your experience at the end of the session.

Katie has completed 2 rounds of healer training Levels 1-5 with David Elliott in New Mexico and at the Omega Institute in New York. She has received sound bowl training from the Atma Buti Sound & Vibrational School in Boulder, Colorado. She has been a part of this Forest View Community for many years and we welcome her to Living Water on Tuesday, June 28th!

This event will be outdoors in the courtyard, if the weather is nice! Bring your blanket, mat, or chair!
