Rooted in Ease Soundbath

  • Living Water Community Center 1000 Westover Hills Blvd Richmond, VA, 23225 United States (map)

You are a vibrational being and sound is the vibration that permeates every part of you. Rooted In Ease is a sound and energy attunement experience for the collective to take a break and rest. LaToya will guide you on a deeply healing and therapeutic sound journey with blessed Tibetan bowls, chimes, tingsha, tuning forks, aromatherapy, and breath. Wherever your blockage exists, the sound and energy healing will penetrate the space that needs it. Your body will alchemize the vibrations as your cells begin to regain their highest potential of resonance. Gather to disconnect from energies pulling your attention and reconnect with yourself. Know that this time will help you feel restored and return you to a sense of ease with a fully charged spirit.
