Yoga Nidra is sometimes called yogic sleep. We work toward a state of deep relaxation and clear awareness in body, mind, and spirit. In this space updates and healing can occur in many levels, allowing us to reengage with the world refreshed.

Lynn Crounse is a weaver of profound and peaceful spaces on both coasts. We're grateful to have her back here in Richmond, and hope you enjoy this deep, healing practice with her.
