Join this guided practice of movement with RYT Corey Lorenz. In this hour, we will devote our focus to helping relax and let go of stored tension in the body using asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control), and acupressure points. Corey believes that yoga has the ability to be incredibly therapeutic and hopes to share this experience with you. This class is for anyone looking to start their day feeling more at ease and deepen their knowledge of yoga. Be sure to drink lots of water after each class!
