In this nourishing and therapeutic yoga practice, you'll begin with grounding/centering and flow into a sequence of accessible asanas. Then, you'll move into a series of restorative poses, where you'll hold for a time to allow your body to relax and release tension. This sweetly held space is like a little vacation, leaving you feeling restored and rejuvenated. This practice runs a little over an hour, and will complete by about 7:45 pm.
