Yoga Nidra and Singing Bowls with Karla Helbert and Annie Peace

  • Living Water Community Center 1000 Westover Hills Blvd Richmond, VA, 23225 United States (map)

Join Karla Helbert and Annie Peace at Living Water Community Center for a Yoga Nidra healing journey and sound bath on Sunday, October 29th at 6:30 pm. We are near All Souls Day or Dia De Los Muertos, and this one will be a guided journey to meet the ancestors.

Be guided through deep relaxation in an inspired, reiki infused practice designed to help you tap into Universal healing energy and the support of Mother Earth as you connect with all of the elements and your own true nature of wholeness to help heal whatever may need healing in your body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Karla will lead you through a deeply healing Yoga Nidra while sending reiki to each person in the space. The whole practice will be immersed in the energy of Annie’s Tibetan and crystal bowls as their vibrations flow through all levels of your being.

Yoga Nidra means “Yogic Sleep” but the practice is meant to help us hover between a state of sleep and wakefulness—awareness in a fully relaxed state. During this state, we can more easily “let go,” surrender, to take place. In such a state, healing can take place where healing is needed.

This practice can help all people, including those who are experiencing trauma and grief, access a place where body/mind/spirit can feel more integrated supporting better sleep, rest, relaxation, overall functioning and healing where healing is needed.

Like many Living Water events, this one is sliding scale, $25-$5. Please pay as you are able to support our community space, our guides, and your practice.
