Each Friday morning we gather for chair yoga, which is essentially just yoga without sitting on the floor. No yoga mat required! Practice begins with breathwork and stretching, followed by standing and balance postures, and completing with stretching and meditation. This class is welcoming to all! The goal is always to leave feeling better than when we arrived.
Offered on a sliding scale, $25-$10, because everyone deserves access to wellness, wholeness, and peace. Please pay as you can. All are welcome!
