At 10:30 each Wednesday please join us for Positive Outcomes Qigong group practice. Learn and practice ancient movements that will include developing your Qi energy, flowing meditation, breath work, opening meridians and healing work that addresses tendons and organs. Qigong is a practice that can be specific to your needs and can be used at home. This training and healing lets you connect deeply with your body and spiritualty. No special clothes needed, no experience needed, no equipment needed. Bring your enthusiasm.
