Cheryl has been practicing yoga for 30 years for self-care and health benefits. She enjoys teaching a gentler style for all body types, at a slower pace for relaxation. This after work practice centers on the healing and peaceful aspects of yoga. This is s short after work class, you’ll be free in time for dinner!
Bring a mat or borrow one of ours! We also have blocks and bolsters for you to use. You might like to have water to stay hydrated.
