An active breathwork meditation designed to get you out of your thinking mind and tuned into your body. You will be able to practice a specific breath practice that encourages emotional release, reduced stress, and calmer states of mind. Everyone is welcome, no experience is required. The collective energy of the group amplifies the healing in the container. There will be time for intention setting before we begin and sharing about your experience at the end of the session.
Bring a yoga mat, a pillow, and a blanket - or borrow one of ours! Please consider bringing water or tea for grounding afterward.
This event will be located in the big sound sanctuary with plenty of space to get comfortable. Enter through the main entrance to Living Water Community Center through the double doors.
